There is a ramp and the entrance door is 79.5 cm wide. There is no disabled parking space directly in front of the museum. The WC is on the ground floor but is not wheelchair accessible.

The entrance and exhibition rooms of the new location at Vesalgasse 5 are also wheelchair accessible.
