Via Egnatia

The live sound per­for­mance group Via Egna­tia has been tou­ring Switz­er­land sin­ce Sep­tem­ber 2020. In May 2021, the Jewish Muse­um and Via Egna­tia invi­ted visi­tors on a musi­cal jour­ney to the Wes­tern Bal­kans. Via Egnatia’s seven-mem­ber ensem­ble impro­vi­sed bizar­re sounds in the rooms and cour­ty­ard of the Jewish Muse­um for three hours wit­hout inter­rup­ti­on. The lite­ra­ry pri­ze win­ner Dra­gi­ca Rajčić took on the role of an obser­ving raconteur.
